Shipping

Preparation and shipping

We ship orders to our customers through the transport company DHL.

The delivery date at the customer's home depends on the availability of the product and the shipping area, for Spain and Portugal the usual delivery time is 24h to 48h, for the rest of Europe countries can vary between 48h and 72h, for the rest of countries the usual delivery time is 5 days.

Shipping costs

We ship our products for FREE to Spain. For international shipments the shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the website at the time of placing the order.

Notice of Taxes and Duties on Shipments to Specific Destinations

We want to inform you about the policies related to taxes and duties that may apply to shipments to certain destinations, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Açores, Madeira and countries outside the European Union.

Taxes and Customs Duties

When you place an order for delivery to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Açores, Madeira or any country outside the European Union, the products may be subject to taxes and customs duties at the destination customs office. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and may vary depending on current legislation in the destination country.

Buyer Responsibility

Please note that any taxes, duties, import fees or other similar charges that may be applied by your country's customs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shop.Lummic will not bear any costs related to taxes or customs duties. We recommend that you check with local customs authorities or your country's customs service for detailed information on possible charges.

Customs Value Declaration

To comply with international customs regulations, we will declare the value of the products in the shipping package in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This may influence the determination of taxes and duties by your country's customs.

Shipping and Delivery

The customs clearance process may extend the delivery time of your order. We recommend that you take into account possible additional delays due to this process when calculating the estimated delivery date.

Warranty and Refunds

The products have a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days since the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Upon the completion of the 14 calendar days period, Pitk Pelotas, S.L. will not accept returns because of withdrawal of products purchases.

The buyer will not have the right to withdrawal in the cases established in the applicable regulation.

In the event of withdrawing the purchase of a product, the following requirements must be met:

  1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, and must have the instructions, documentation, accessories and its original packaging and labeling, in order to guarantee the return of the products in perfect condition.
  2. No product with reasonable suspicion of having been used shall be eligible under this rights.
  3. A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products must be included inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return should be marked too.
  4. Communicate via e-mail to www.elinapilates.com the beginning of the return process at info@elinapilates.com address.

If the reason of the return is not attributable to Pitk Pelotas, S.L., the buyer will bear with all the shipping and collection costs. Even though the shipping charges were not initially charged. Once the return procedure has been completed by the buyer, Pitk, S.L. will schedule the collection of the products and will inform the consumer by email of the date and time in which the collection will take place, as well as the cost of it.

Pitk S.L. will not be responsible of the costs and expenses incurred to the buyer for the returns of the products, when done without following the established procedure.

Reimbursement of the price of the products

Whenever the buyer has followed the procedure and the requirements established in this General Conditions have been fulfilled, Pitk Pelotas,S.L. will reimburse the price paid by the buyer for the corresponding returned products.

The buyer shall not be entitled for the reimbursement of the price of the returned products which are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, in case the procedure has not been followed or if the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been fulfilled.

Partial returns of an order will result in partial price reimbursements.

Pitk Pelotas S.L. will manage the price return order through the same payment system used by the buyer for the purchase of the products, within forty eight (48) hours since the confirmation of the arrival of the returned order to the warehouse.

Return of defective products

ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT or missing and/or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

The buyer will be entitled to the reimbursement of the price of defective products and of the delivered products if they don’t correspond to the ordered ones.

In these cases, the return of the products to Pitk Pelotas, S.L. should be done by the buyer following the same procedure established in the “Right of Withdrawal” section, although the buyer will not be responsible for the costs of returning those products.

As long as the buyer has followed the established procedure and the established requirements in these General Conditions have been fulfilled, Pitk Pelotas S.L. will reimburse the corresponding paid price for the returned products that are defective or for the products that doesn’t correspond with the products of order done by the buyer.

If the product arrives with any visible sign of defect in the packaging or breakage signs, is very important that the buyer doesn´t sign the delivery note to the carrier and automatically returns the product, otherwise the return will not be assumed by Pitk Pelotas S.L.

Cancellation of your order

Your order starts to be processed right after you confirm your purchase. If you wish to cancel the order before it leaves our facilities, please send an email to support@lummic.com or call +34 948 310 791, once the order has left our warehouse it should be processed as a return.
